The Clean Slate program helps individuals who have had credit challenges, bankruptcy or recent foreclosures^.

  • Available for Cash Out Refinance, Rate and Term Refinance or Purchase
  • Primary, Second Home or Investment Properties
  • Options to qualify using 12- or 24-month statements or assets in lieu of employment available*
  • Loans up to $3 million
  • Credit score as low as 660
  • Borrow up to 80% of the value of the property

Clean Slate loans allow eligible borrowers with recent credit events (foreclosure, bankruptcy, short-sale, or deed in lieu) to qualify for a mortgage. These loans are often a great option for borrowers who are on the road to repairing their credit.

2. How do I qualify for a Clean Slate mortgage?

Eligible borrowers can qualify using W-2s/Tax Return/Paycheck stubs, 12- or 24-month bank statements, or personal assets. Borrowers must have at least 12 months seasoning from foreclosure, bankruptcy, and short sale.

Yes. Primary, Second Homes and Investment Properties are eligible. Additional reserves may be required for additional financed properties.
